A Seaside AirBnB in Kemp Town, Brighton

This isn't something I would normally write about but after a recent trip to Brighton I wanted to tell you all about the stunning little flat we stayed in.  I'm no travel expert and certainly can't tell you what to do and where to go in Brighton BUT I really had to spill the beans on this place, just in case you need somewhere stunning to stay when you're in the area!

The flat was easy to find - it's right on the main road that runs parallel to the beach.  This is it - the building on the end...

This is the view looking down the street towards the sea with the flat we stayed in right at the end of the terrace.  Although it looked pretty from the outside, nothing prepared me for the absolutely stunning views (a bit of sunshine helped as well!).

Not only were the views stunning, the actual interior was as well with lots of fun little details...

There was a large and airy double bedroom that my mum and sis shared, I used the sofa bed in the living room which was surprisingly comfy!  I was hoping to be able to drift off to sleep with the sound of the sea but alas, even though traffic on the road outside wasn't heavy, it blocked the sound of the waves.

As far as location, it wasn't right in the centre of Brighton but in Kemp Town which had some lovely little shops, cafes and pubs (and a cute tea room!).  Getting into the town centre wasn't too hard though - a 15/20 minute walk or a few minutes on the bus and there was a bus stop practically outside the flat.

If you are visiting Brighton, there are so many things to do but be sure to add taking a wander through the Lanes to your list..

There are also LOADS of places to eat in Brighton that cater for every diet you could imagine!  We stopped for a break at Wai Kika Moo Kau which is a well known and popular vegetarian/vegan cafe...

After a long day exploring Brighton it was time to head back to the flat where I sat on the window seat with a glass of wine and watched the sun set behind the pier, already planning my next trip to this lovely place!
