After spending a couple of Saturdays racing around various leafy parts of London from house viewing to house viewing, a declined offer on a house and a last minute booking to view a house I'd had no information on at all we managed to find somewhere, had the offer accepted and could start planning our house move!
Earworm of the month: This month it has to be "Wildest Dreams" by Taylor Swift. I'll be honest with you, I'd never been particularly bothered by her songs but the more I have heard, the more I like them!
Tv of the month: Without a doubt, Great British Bakeoff! I'm not much of a baker but love getting to 'know' all of the contestants, seeing all of their crazy creations and the reactions of Mary and Paul.
Favourite food of the month: I FINALLY visited a Byron Burger! We stopped off for a bite to eat in the Chiswick branch so were able to people watch on the high street while tucking into a really tasty cheeseburger.
Best day: After viewing around 15 houses, finding a lovely one in Twickenham and putting an offer on it within seconds of walking out of the door.

ks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools. Appreciate you reading and sharing your story since I can certainly relate and I think others can to
